How do you determine the condition of your books?

Every book undergoes a manual inspection. We categorize them into four grades: 'Like New' (no visible wear), 'Very Good' (minimal shelf wear), 'Good' (some signs of use, fully intact), and 'Acceptable' (significant wear but fully readable).

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

We offer flat-rate standard shipping for $4.99 on all orders, with free shipping on orders over $35. Standard delivery typically takes 5-8 business days via Media Mail.

Can I return a book if I am not satisfied?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. If the book arrives in a condition different than described, we provide a full refund and a prepaid return label. For 'change of mind' returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Do you buy used books from customers?

Currently, we only source our inventory from verified estate sales and library liquidations. We do not offer a direct buy-back program from individual customers at this time.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.

Are the photos on the website of the actual book I will receive?

For rare or first-edition titles, we provide photos of the specific copy. For general inventory, we use high-quality stock images representing the edition and cover art you will receive.
